All personal information will be used solely for the participation on the website. The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of personal information and agrees to maintain this information updated.

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentially of all aspects regarding their registered account. (Including but not limited to passwords, codes, digital signatures and account activities.)

The user agrees to exit from their account at the end of each session.  The user agrees to immediately notify ARTGALA of any unauthorized use regarding any aspect of their account.

ARTGALA is not responsible for how others use information portrayed on the public platform.  The user is solely responsible for the consequences of their postings.

ARTGALA will not allow illegal or disrespectful commenting.

All content (including but not limited to images, logos, trademarks and videos) uploaded for sales, publicity or other purposes, are strictly for the use of ARTGALA and may not be copied.

• Only qualified art will participate on ARTGALA.
• All will be conducted through Escrow & PayPall.
• ARTGALA will monitor the purchasing process.
• Art presented will have certificates of authenticity.
• Beneficiary auctions will have an additional participation fee.
• Shipping and handling will be managed through a third party shipping company.
• During the time of the auction the artwork/item remains in your possession until the auction has ended and the reserved price has met or exceeded
• Payment remains in escrow until shipment of the artwork is completed. ARTGALA charges a 15% commission of the final bid.
